Great Harvest Bread Company trains and empowers new bakery owners to operate upbeat, popular and sustainable neighborhood bakery cafes. Great Harvest is a company with its roots in fresh, made from scratch great tasting products that are whole wheat in nature as much as possible. The corporate chef is someone who will assess our current processes and programs and help us work to improve upon them.   They will work to create new products that are true to our roots, yet will help us grow. This includes recipe development using Great Harvest products for use by the end customer and further development of programs such as sandwiches, soups and hard crust bread.  The corporate chef will be a part of the training team that teaches new owners how to make Great Harvest bread and sweets and will be the wheat test baker. This job is located in Dillon, Montana and may require some travel. You can expect to work Monday – Friday approximately 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with limited or no weekends.

We also want you to have a minimum of an associate’s degree, with a strong preference for a bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of a 2 year culinary degree.
