        April/May Breads

        Do you know why our bread tastes so good? We mill wheat every day and use pure honey. These things make our bread more nutritious and stay fresh longer without preservatives, and we are actually less expensive per ounce than the premium grocery store loaves.

        (WG) - Bread using only our fresh-milled Whole Grain Wheat Flour. Other breads are either blended or made with unbleached & unbromated white flour.

        Identified days are when the breads are baked. We carry all our breads over one day. Each day loaves are hot out of the oven between 7 and 10 am. Bread needs about 2 hours before slicing.

        All goodies are available at 7am until they run out on day indicated. Any left-over goodies will be sold the next day as "day old".
