SIGNATURE SANDWICHES

Our Signature Sandwiches are made with thinly sliced red onion, lettuce, and tomato, lite mayo and Dijon mustard on your choice of bread: Honey Whole Wheat, Harvest White or Rye; served with the option of a pickle on the side

California Cobb - Fresh avocado, smoked turkey breast, and crispy bacon with a blue cheese spread on Honey Whole Wheat bread.

The Italian - Shaved Genoa Salami, Pepperoni, and smoked ham topped with provolone cheese drizzled with our house-made Italian dressing. Can be served hot or cold.

Chicken Cucumber Dill - Grilled chicken topped with cucumber and our homemade garlic dill spread. Served cold on your choice of Dakota or Honey Whole Wheat bread.

Louisville Chicken Salad - Chunks of all white meat chicken in a seasoned mayo dressing with sweet & spicy pecans.

Tuna Salad - Chunk white albacore tuna with a seasoned mayo dressing.

Harvest Veggie - Fresh pepper rings, cucumber slices, provolone and cheddar cheeses with red pepper garlic spread on Honey Whole Wheat bread.

Ham & Swiss - Tender slices of honey smoked ham and Swiss Cheese.

Turkey & Swiss - Lightly smoked turkey breast and Swiss Cheese.

Roast Beef & Provolone - Sliced roast beef and aged provolone.

Peanut Butter & Jelly - Creamy peanut butter and 100% real fruit jam on Harvest White Bread.

HOT SANDWICHES:

BLT - Crispy smoked bacon, ripe tomatoes, lettuce, and mayo on Harvest White bread toasted to perfection!

Tuscan Chicken Panini - Aged provolone melted over grilled chicken breast, sliced red onion, lettuce, tomato and a red pepper garlic spread on Focaccia Bread.

Smoky BBQ Cheddar Chicken - Grilled chicken breast, thin sliced red onion, lettuce, tomato, smoky honey BBQ sauce, melted sharp cheddar and crisp bacon on Focaccia Bread.

Spicy Turkey & Pepper Jack - Smoked turkey breast, melted Pepper Jack Cheese, roasted onions and peppers, lettuce, tomato and a spicy southwest mayo on Focaccia Bread.

Cubano - Smoked turkey, ham, Swiss Cheese, sliced dill pickles with our special house-made pickled red onions, and Dijon mustard.

Portobello Pesto Melt - Roasted sliced Portobello mushrooms, tomato, melted Provolone Cheese, and our fresh hand-made Artichoke Pesto spread topped with fresh mixed greens.

Roasted Pepper Chipotle Cheesesteak - Roast beef layered with melted Provolone cheese, marinated roasted bell peppers & onions, and chipotle mayo.

Country Smoked Turkey - Smoked turkey breast with roasted peppers and onions, drizzled with balsamic vinegar dressing, mixed greens, and tomato served on Focaccia Bread.

GHBC Grilled Cheese - Sharp Cheddar, Swiss, and a garlic herb spread on Harvest White bread. Add ham, crisp bacon, and/or sliced tomato for an additional cost.

SALADS (available in small or large):

Greek - A classic done right! Fresh greens, artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, and Feta Cheese topped with our house made Italian Dressing.

Yardbird - An amazingly flavorful mix of greens, chicken, spiced seeds & nuts, chickpeas, golden raisins, cranberries and Parmesan Cheese topped with our creamy Green Goddess dressing.

Cobb - An all-time favorite combination with mixed greens, chicken, bacon, hard-boiled egg, tomatoes, avocado, and bleu cheese topped with our fresh house-made roasted garlic-lemon vinaigrette.

GH Chef - An awesome combination of turkey, smoked ham, cheddar cheese, red onion and tomatoes, sprinkled with our spiced seeds & nuts and topped with our house-made Italian dressing.

Bakery By the Dozen - Includes an assortment of muffins, scones and cookies in a window bakery box. Daily selection varies. Goodies can be left whole or cut in quarters.

Coffee To Go (serves 10) - Locally roasted Caruso's Coffee. Comes with cups, sweeteners, and creamers.

Includes a variety of a specialty loaf of the day, batter bread, and an assortment of muffins, scones, and cookies. Add butter & knives for an additional charge.

Executive Boxed Lunch - Includes a giant cookie, chips, and choice of a Roast Beef & Provolone Sandwich or Chipotle Cheesesteak Panini

BYO Sandwich Platter - Everyone gets a sandwich made his or her own way when you order this tray! A variety of deli meats and cheeses arranged with sandwich veggies served with fresh baked Great Harvest Bread and condiments on the side!
