We begin baking at 4:00 a.m., but great bread takes time! From mixing and fermentation to shaping and baking, each loaf goes through a careful process before it reaches our shelves. Fresh breads come out of the oven throughout the day, starting around 10:00 a.m. If you'd like a warm loaf, we're always happy to brown-bag it for you!
Most breads are cool enough to slice and package by approximately 1:00 p.m., though timing varies from day to day based on the bake schedule. If you're hoping for a specific bread by a specific time, please call us before making a special trip and we'll be happy to share the day's baking timeline and current availability.
