This position will work with new owner(s) of a Great Harvest Bakery and Café from the start of a signed franchise agreement to opening their store to assure a successful, on-time opening.
This will include overseeing the completion of tasks, cost analysis, budgeting, risk assessments and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local company regulations along with other duties as assigned. This position will report to the Director of Training.
Qualifications include a Bachelor Degree in Project Management, Accounting or Business Administration with three plus years of related experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills along with a high level of customer service and excellent communication skills. The ability to mentor and motivate a team is essential to this position. A background working in the restaurant industry is a plus.
