Corporate Trainer

This position is responsible for training Great Harvest culture, operations systems, food quality and service standards, both at Great Harvest University in Dillion, MT, and at new store openings.

This will include training new franchise owners and staff in new stores, preparing class work curriculums and training materials, and assisting in new store marketing initiatives along with other duties as assigned. This position will report to the Director of Training.

Qualifications include a Bachelor Degree in business, HR, management or related field along with proven experience as a Trainer and two plus years restaurant or food service management experience.

The ideal candidate will possess time management skills with the ability to engage trainees in discussions during educational sessions. Being a hands-on team player while mentoring and teaching staff is essential to this position. Travel approximately 12 weeks per year.
